I. New Rules
Stricter with attendance and participation!
Point System:
1pt for attending meeting, -2pts for absence

Participation Sheets:
Must be filled out with description of activities accomplished and signed by Raul or Mrs. Bisset
Both the point system and participation sheet determine who attends MIT in June!

II. Dividing into Groups
In the groups there will be a designated leader who is responsible for meeting set deadlines and setting meeting dates with their groups!

***Design/Art, Budget, Research, Writing

***Design Team -Divide into different groups, each present a prototype to the club

III. Reviews
Every 2 to 4weeks each group will be reviewed on its progress by Raul and Mrs. Bisset

***These reviews are essential to maintaining the project on track!

NEXT "OFFICIAL MEETING" WILL BE DECEMBER 19, 3RD TUESDAY OF MONTH (3RD WED. FINALS! NO MEETING)

Meeting Wednesday, Nov. 15...

There will be a YIC meeting Wednesday, November 15 at 2:45pm in room 77. This meeting is mandatory for those that wish to remain in the club. We are becoming more stricter with attendance and participation in the club!!! And we are willing to dismiss members that don't contribute to the organization...At the meeting on Wednesday, I will be discussing our new rules and how they will be applied.
